Section 14 in The Punjab Motor Spirit (Taxation of Sales) Rules, 1939
14. Production of licence on demand.
(a)Every person holding or acting under a licence granted under these rules shall produce it or an authenticated copy of it, at the place or places of business to which the licence applies, when called upon to do so by an officer duly empowered in this behalf.(b)Copies of any licence, may, for the purpose of sub-rule (a), be authenticated free of charge by the Petrol Taxation Officer of the district in which the licence was issued.
