1 Father-in-law, mother-in-law and sisters-in-law of respondent No. 2 are before this Court with a grievance that after husband of respondent No. 2 expired, she has withdrawn her consent to transplant embryo fertilized in Situ into the uterus of either petitioner No. 3 or petitioner No. 4. According to petitioners, embryo has limited life and matter is, therefore, urgent. 2 Notice to respondents is made returnable on 7th March 2019. Learned A.G.P waives notice for respondent No. 5.
