Section 12(3) in The Assam Court-Fees (Amendment) Act, 1950
(3)at the end of Clause (c) in the second column after putting a comma after the words "Executive Authority", the following shall be added, namely,-"to an appellate authority prescribed under the Motor Vehicles Act, 1939 or to an appellate authority prescribed under the Assam Sales Tax Act, 1947;
