7. Give information of the names of the posts of the Chief Officers under the Shahdara Zone of the Corporation Reply by PIO :

i. Administrative Department - Management of business,field review etc. ii. Accounts Department - Wages of the workers,staff etc. iii. Income tax collection Department -Collection of House Tax etc. iv. Engineering Department - To do repair works,build roads and remove unwarranted possessions and build new buildings for schools etc. v. Electricity Department - Take care of the equipments running on electricity on roads, parks and schools.

vi. Education Department -Give primary education to children and appointment of teachers etc. vii. Health Department - To stop the unauthorized open sale of food products, permit license to hotels, give N.O.C. to schools before they open, look after the health of the students studying in corporation schools,inspection,give medicines,give birth and death certificates,work for prevention of dengue,malaria etc. viii. Animal welfare Department -To look after ill and stray animals,catch stary dogs and other stray animals , remove illegal dairies and ix. Department of Environment Management Services- To clean the gutters, remove garbage etc. x. Horticulture Department - Cultivation of parks in Shahdari North Zone, plant trees on roads and in schools and look after them etc. xi. Legal Department -To help in the prosecution of pending cases in the courts. xii. Auto workshop Department - To overhaul and look after the repairs of the trucks and other government vehicles carrying garbage etc. xiii. Labour Welfare -To look after community service centers and do the bookings for their functions etc. xiv. Control Room - To inform all the concerned departments to offer their help from the given report during instances of calamities in Delhi like flood, drought, fire or falling of any building etc.

Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing: The following were present Appellant : Mr. Rajkumar Tomar Respondent : Mr. Jas Ram Kaim, Public Information Officer & Dy. Director;

The information has been provided to the Appellant as admitted by him, but information was provided in parts and information regarding queries 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 & 7 should actually have been available suo-motu as per Section-4 of the RTI Act. The Commisison directs the Dy. Commissioner of the Zone to ensure that information sought by the appellanty at queries 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 & 7 is available on the webstie in pursuance of requirement of Section 4 of the RTI Act.

Decision:

The Appeal is allowed.

The Dy. Commissioner (Shahdara North Zone) is directed to display the information sought by the appellant in queries 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 & 7 on the website of the department before 30 June 2011.

A compliance report along with the url address where the information has been uploaded would be sent to the Appellant and the Commission before 05 July 2011. This decision is announced in open chamber. Notice of this decision be given free of cost to the parties. Any information in compliance with this Order will be provided free of cost as per Section 7(6) of RTI Act.
