6. Determination of co-operative societies doing the business of notified agricultural produce.
- The Secretary of the Marketing Board shall prepare and furnish to the Registrar the list of co-operative societies that are registered in the State, having a valid licence from the Marketing Board and doing the business of notified agricultural produce in the market area.
