Section 5(b) in The Assam Court-Fees (Amendment) Act, 1950
(b)or the words "eight annas" opposite the first item in Clause (b) in the second column, the words "one rupee" shall be substituted, and for the words "one rupee" opposite the second item in that clause, the words "two rupees" shall be substituted.
