ORDER
Background
1. The RTI Application dated 3.5.2010 was filed by the Applicant with the PIO, Central Railway, Pune Division seeking reasons for not considering for a promotion to Group 'C' besides other miscellaneous information . The PIO replied on 28.5.2010 enclosing point wise information provided by the Nodal Officer vide his letter dated 24.5.2010 . Not satisfied with the reply the Applicant filed first appeal dated 19.7.2010. The Appellate Authority replied on 25.8.2010 provided further clarification against each point. Still not satisfied the Applicant filed her second appeal before the Commission stating that the information provided is not clear. Decision
2. The Commission noted that the Applicant in her second appeal is not seeking any information as defined under section 2 (f) of the RTI Act and that she is only expressing her grievance against the Public Authority for not considering her for promotion as Jr.Clerk. It was also noted that the PIO and AA have provided the required information/clarification and it is really not clear as to what further information is required by the Appellant . However in the interest of the Applicant, the Commission directs the PIO to hold a personal hearing with the Appellant to explain/clarify to her once again why she cannot be considered for promotion.
3. The appeal is accordingly disposed of.
