Section 2(1) in The Rajasthan Advocates Welfare Fund Rules, 1988
(1)In these rules unless the context otherwise requires,-(a)"Act" means the Rajasthan Advocates Welfare Fund Act, 1987 (Act No. 15 of 1987);(b)"Bank" means any Scheduled Bank; and(c)"Form" means a form prescribed under these rules.
