Section 26(1) in The Goa Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Rules, 2010
(1)At the time of election when the poll is to be taken, the contesting candidate may appoint one agent and one relief agent to act as polling agents to attend at each polling station. Such appointment shall be made by a letter in writing in Form 'C' hereto signed by the candidate.
