Section 1 in The Kandla Port Trust (Licensing of Stevedores) Regulation, 2010
1. Short title and commencement.
- These regulations may be called the Kandla Port Trust (Licensing of Stevedores) Regulation, 2010. They shall come into force on publication of approval thereto by the Central Government in the Official Gazette.
