Mr.Vibhuti Nanavati, learned advocate appearing for the applicantInsurance Company submits that sole question arises for determination of this Court in this First Appeal is as to whether the group of personal accident claim policy issued in favour of the insurer covers liability of workman or not. List the matter for final disposal on 27th July, 2016. In the meantime, Registry is directed to call for R and P from the concerned Tribunal so as to reach this Court on or before 26th July, 2016.
