                      technical bid of the petitioner as eligible in view of the orders passed
                      by the Hon'ble Arbitrators, Mr.Justice S.S.Nijjar and Mr.Justice Deepak
                      Verma, Retired Judges of Supreme Court of India by not rejecting the
                      bid of the petitioner in the guise of non-submission of Annexure 4
                      Form-I and Annexure 5 Form I of E-bid (tender) in RFP
                      No.AAI/MDU/ET06 dated 11.09.2017.

                                                      ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner is not present.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents states that the writ petition itself has become infructuous. The contract in question was awarded in favour of one M/s.Kushi Advertising Ideas Private Limited, on 14.12.2017. The said contract is to expire by the end of April 2019. The respondents have also filed http://www.judis.nic.in 3 a detailed counter affidavit indicating these developments. The writ petition itself was filed in June 2018. Hence, nothing survives for further consideration in this writ petition. The Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
