Section 7(6)(i) in The Kandla Port Trust (Licensing of Stevedores) Regulation, 2010

(i)Where the stevedore is a firm or company, it shall immediately communicate to the Chairman any change in the Director, Managing Director or partners, as the case may be, with a copy of the documents in support of such change.
