16. Committees.
- [16.1] Notwithstanding anything contained in Statute 13, the Board of Management may invite a person of high academic distinction and professional attainments to accept the post of a professor or any other equivalent academic post in the University on such terms and conditions as it may deem fit, and appoint the person to such post.
