11. Special provision relating to noise emanating from motor vehicles.
(1)No motor vehicle shall be driven or used on a public road or in a public place unless the exhaust cistern is properly muffled so that the vehicle does not give out noise.(2)No one shall blow an electric or mechanical horn from a vehicle as to unnerve or cause alarm or annoyance to the pedestrians or driver of, and passengers in, the vehicle nearby.
