1. Short Title, Commencement and Interpretation.
- i. These Regulations may be called the Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission (Licensee's Power to Recover Expenditure incurred in providing supply and other Miscellaneous Charges) Regulations, 2005.ii. These Regulations shall be applicable to all Distribution Licensees in their respective licensed areas, in the State of Gujarat.iii. These Regulations shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Gazette.Chapter - II
