----Respondents For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Niranjan Patel on behalf of Mr. Sushil Solanki JUSTICE DINESH MEHTA Judgment 03/10/2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that identical writ petition being SBCWP No.7397/2019 (M/s. Hindustan Infra Vs. JDA & Ors. ) has been disposed of by this Court on 29.05.2019.
The order dated 29.5.2019 passed in M/s. Hindustan Infra (supra) reads as under:-
"1. Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset makes a limited submission that the respondents may be directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner, while taking into consideration Annexure-4.(Downloaded on 04/10/2019 at 08:42:28 PM)

2. In light of such limited submission, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner, while keeping into consideration the Annexure4, by passing a speaking order strictly in accordancewith law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
3. Stay Petition No.7267/2019 also stands disposed of accordingly."
In view of the above and in view of the averments made in para No.16 of the writ petition, the present writ petition is also disposed of in the same terms.
The stay application also stands disposed of accordingly.
