5. Constitution, powers and functions of Nodal Agency.
(1)The State Government may, by notification, appoint a Nodal Agency at the State level, which shall be a cell, headed by an officer not below the rank of Additional Director of Industries, and including such supervisory and secretarial staff as may be required.(2)The State Government may notify the District Industries Centre as Nodal Agency at the district level.
