2. The application stands disposed of.

3. This is an application by which petitioner seeks suspension of sentence.
4. Though, the main writ petition has been disposed of by us and this fact is also pointed out by Mr. Ajay Kumar Pandey, learned SPC, learned Counsel for the petitioner points out that petitioner's wife is W.P.(C) 6148/2024 Page 1 of 2 This is a digitally signed order.

5. The petitioner has been the beneficiary of the interim suspension of the sentence during the pendency of the writ petition and it is nobody's case, that he has misused the facility granted to him.
6. In these circumstances, taking a humanitarian view of the matter, issue notice.
7. Notice is accepted on behalf of respondents by Mr. Ajay Kumar Pandey, learned SPC.
8. In the meanwhile, till the next date of hearing, the petitioner would not be required to surrender.
9. Re-notify on 23 September 2025.
