Section 185(3) in The Mizoram Autonomous District Council (Constitution and Conduct of Business of the District Councils) Rules, 1974
(3)Where election petitions relate to different constituencies of a District Council, the Government may refer all those petitions of the same Commissioner or may appoint one Commissioner in respect of petitions from each constituency or a group of constituencies and the provisions of sub-rule (2) shall apply to the enquiry thereto.
