Section 24(1) in The Goa Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Rules, 2010
(1)On expiry of the period within which candidatures may be withdrawn under sub-rule (1) of rule 23, the Returning Officer shall prepare and publish in Form 'B' a list of the contesting candidates whose nomination papers have been finally accepted and who have not withdrawn their candidature within the said period.
