Section 11(1) in Telangana State Industrial Project Approval and Self Certification System (Ts-Ipass) Act, 2014
(1)Every entrepreneur shall furnish a "Self Certification" at the time of submitting application form to the Nodal Agency, undertaking in such form and manner as may be prescribed that he shall comply with the applicable provisions of the relevant Acts and the rules made there under.
