Section 26(1) in The Maharashtra Truck Terminal (Regulation of Location) Act, 1995
(1)The Authority shall establish a provident fund for employees of the Authority, and such provident fund (hereinafter referred to as "the provident fund" shall notwithstanding anything contained in the Provident Funds Act, 1925, be administered by the Authority.
