Section 3(o) in Chhattisgarh State Electricity Board Transfer Scheme Rules, 2008
(o)"Transferee" means Transmission Company or Generation Company or Distribution Company or Trading Company or Holding Company, as the case may be, in whom the functions and Undertakings of the Board are vested in terms of the provisions of the Act read with this Scheme;
