Although, this Court has serious doubt about the maintainability of the petition, however, learned counsel for the petitioner drawn attention of the Court to the order passed by a Coordinate Bench in CR No.2642 of 2018 decided on 25.04.2018. Vide the aforesaid order, the revision petition pending before the Financial Commissioner was restored. Counsel for the petitioner submits that similar order was passed in the case of the petitioner and in fact, both the revision petitions pending before the Financial Commissioner were with regard to the same dispute and pending for the same date.
In view of the aforesaid, the revision petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 25.04.2018 passed in CR No.2642 of 2018.
Since the order has been passed without issuing notice to the respondent, so it shall be at liberty to move an application for recalling of the order, if aggrieved.
