Section 5(vii) in The Bihar State Bar Council Advocates' (Welfare) Pension Scheme, 2008
(vii)The non-officials and the members of elected Bar Council practicing outside the Patna town, shall be entitled to get such T. A. for attending the meeting of the Pension Committee as decided by the Bar Council.
