1. Mr. Sebastian, learned Counsel for the workmen, who are the applicants in this application, has invited my attention to Annexures filed with OLR 64/2014, which, according to him, indicate that the claims of the following workmen, were admitted by the Official Liquidator:

2. Despite this, he submits that the workmen are yet to receive their dues.

3. Unfortunately, no reply has been filed to this application till date.

4. The Official Liquidator is directed to positively file a reply to this application within two weeks from today, and no more, with advance copy to learned Counsel for the applicant, who may file rejoinder, if any, within a week thereof.

5. List this application for hearing and disposal on 8th December, 2021.

6. It is made clear that the time fixed for filing reply and rejoinder in this application shall not be extended at any cost.
