Mr. Dhruv Mehta, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Neeraj Kishan Kaul and Mr. Manoj Swarup, learned senior counsel appearing for the respondents shall be present during the course of mediation before the Supreme Court Mediation Centre to assist the parties in reaching a settlement of all their disputes.
The Supreme Court Mediation Centre shall send the report within a period of one week thereafter. List after four weeks.
