Section 11 in Tripura Foodgrains (Distribution) Control Order, 1972
11. Supply of foodgrains.
(1)An appointed retailer shall obtain his supply of foodgrains on indent placed by him with the Director.(2)The quantity of foodgrains to be allotted to each appointed retailer against each indent shall be determined by the Director from time to time.
