ORAL ORDER
This Court had called for the report of the police, which has not arrived. In the meantime, learned advocate Mr. Piyushkumar Baseri has drawn the attention of the Court to the certificate of the sister of the applicant whose diagnosis post polio paralysis of left lowerlimb and she has deformity of disability to the tune of 40%. Father of the applicant has also passed away way back on 19.07.1985, to draw the point that he is the only one to look after the family.
Let the matter appear on 25th October, 2019.
