Section 3(1) in The Sahyadri Heritage Development Authority Act, 2011
(1)As soon as may be, after the commencement of this Act The State Government Shall Constitute By Notification, An Authority For Development Of Sahyadri Heritage To Be Called The Sahyadri Heritage Development Authority With Its Head-Quarters At Shimoga Consisting Of Such Number Of Members Specified In Section 4.
