17. Privileges of resident hill tribes, etc., not barred.
- Nothing in the rules contained in this Chapter shall be taken to cancel any privileges granted to resident hill tribes unless the Collector by express orderwise directs, or to preclude the grant of special permission by the Divisional Forest Officer or the Collector to resident villagers on special occasions.[B.
