Section 89 in The Goa Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Rules, 2010
89. Inspection of cash and accounts by the Secretary of the Marketing Board.
- The Secretary shall arrange to inspect and check periodically the cash and accounts of the officers and staff, authorized to collect fees on behalf of the Marketing Board.
