The issues raised in this writ petition are identical with the issues raised and considered by this Court in O.P.No.22784 of 1997 (Sree Narayana Trusts & another v. State of Kerala and others) and other connected cases, disposed of on 13th February, 2007.
(2) Respectfully following the observations made in the aforesaid decision, this writ petition is disposed of in the same terms and conditions and the orders and directions issued in that case.
Consequently, C.M.P.No.42569 of 1998 is dismissed. Ordered accordingly.
