Section 3(1) in The Goa Oil Palm (Regulation of Production and Processing) Act, 1998
(1)As soon as may be after the commencement of this Act, the Government shall, by notification, constitute a Committee for the State of Goa to be called the Goa Oil Palm Project Management Committee.
