Section 6(1) in The Gujarat Water Users' Participatory Irrigation Management Act, 2007
(1)The first members of the Water User's Association and all persons, who may hereafter become members thereof so long as they continue so to be, Eire hereby constituted a body corporate by the name of _______ Water Users' Association".
