1. Upon hearing the learned advocates for the parties following order is passed.

2. Respondent husband is hereby directed to clear all the arrears of maintenance within two months from today.

3. Learned trial Court is directed to expedite the hearing of Hindu Marriage Petition No. 5 of 2013 and shall dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible.

4. Learned advocates for the parties declare that they would cooperate the trial Court in expedite disposal of the Hindu Marriage Petition No. 5 of 2013.

5. The present petition was filed against the interim order of maintenance. In disposing of the present petition, this Court has not considered the merits of the matter and it would be open for the parties to agitate all points available in the Hindu Marriage Petition.

6. In above terms, the present petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
