Facts:­ 

1. Shri Sunil Kumar Meena preferred RTI application dated 21  February 2012 before the CPIO, LIC of India, Divisional Office 

-   III,   New   Delhi   to   obtain   information   regarding   his   own  transfer   and   implementation   of   TMP   (Transfer   and   Mobility  Policy).

2. Vide   CPIO   order   of   13   March   2012,   information   was  furnished to the appellant who preferred appeal dated 27 March  2012 before the first appellate authority. 

3. Additional information was provided vide FAA order dated  18 April 2012.

4. Appellant preferred second appeal before the Commission. 

5. Matter  was heard today. Both parties appeared  in person  and made submissions.
