Section 6(q) in The Paradip Port Trust (Licensing of Stevedores) Regulation, 2009
(q)He shall make adequate arrangements for ancillary operations such as filling, stitching, cleaning, breaking, stacking, stowage of cargo, etc. on board the vessels and whenever casual workers are engaged for such operations he should ensure that such workers are covered by the insurance policy.
