1. On the previous date i.e., 08.08.2022, we had asked the learned CUSAA 88/2022& 89/2022 page 1 of 2 Signature Not Verified Digitally Signed By:PREM MOHAN CHOUDHARY Signing Date:03.11.2022 19:28:55 counsel for the parties to make available, the documents, that were filed with the Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal [in short "Tribunal"].
2. Ms Charanya Lakshmi Kumaran, who appears on behalf of the appellant, says that she has revisited the issue, and that the necessary documents are already on record.
3. However, to obviate the possibility of any relevant document being left out by the appellant, we direct the Registry to retrieve the record from the Tribunal.
3.1 If possible, the record will be retrieved in electronic form.
4. Learned counsel for the parties will have liberty to examine the record.
4.1 Learned counsel for the parties will also paginate their files, according to the electronic file available with the Court.
5. Furthermore, learned counsel for the parties will file their written submissions, not exceeding three pages each, at least five days before the next date of hearing.
