Section 17(2) in The Gujarat Agricultural Pests and Diseases Act, 1980
(2)Whoever commits a breach of the provision s of any rule made under section 22 shall, on conviction be punishable with fine which may extend to fifty rupees and for the second or subsequent offence with fine which may extend to one hundred rupees.
