WRIT PETITION No.21219 of 2021
ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.
This writ petition is filed questioning the action of respondent No.3 in issuing prohibitory order in Dharani Portal in respect of the plots of the petitioner-Association in Survey No.123/3, total admeasuring Ac.10.00 guntas, situated at Pedda Amberpet Kalan Village, Ranga Reddy District, and trying to interfere with their peaceful possession and enjoyment of the plots, without following due process of law.
Learned Government Pleader states that if the petitioner- Association files an application through on-line in Dharani Portal, the same will be considered and necessary orders will be passed by the authorities concerned, in accordance with law.
Having regard to the above made submissions, without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner-Association to make an application through on- line in Dharani Portal, ventilating its grievance, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such application being filed, the competent authority shall pass necessary orders thereon, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of eight weeks thereof, duly putting all the interested parties on notice and considering the objections, if any.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
