Section 11(1) in Arunachal Pradesh University Act, 2012
(1)The Executive Council may, if it is deemed expedient to do so, appoint a Pro- Vice-Chancellor for such term as be decided by the Executive Council and the Pro-Vice-Chancellor shall have powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
