Section 2(d) in Uttarakhand Special Area (Planned Development and Promotion of Tourism) Act, 2013
(d)'Building' includes any structure or part of a structure with whatever material constructed which is used or intended to be used as a place for human dwelling or custody of property or performance of worship or for carrying an occupation trade or business;
