                     PRAYER:     Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 Constitution of
                     India,    praying for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the
                     respondents to furnish the final report on the complaint made by the
                     petitioner as per the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace
                     (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act.

                                                         ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to furnish the final report on the complaint made by the petitioner under the offence of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that, after completing the investigation, the report has been sent for an approval and they will send the same to the Ministry of Defence.

3. In view of the above submissions, this Court directs the 1st respondent to furnish the final report within a period of eight(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
