Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner as well as the learned Counsel for the State.
We have also perused the Case Diary.
Considering the materials in the Case Diary and having looked into Annexure "P-3", we are of the view that the Petitioner, ALLOWED in the event of his arrest, should be enlarged on bail.
Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the Petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also subject to the conditions laid down in sub-section (2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on further condition that the Petitioner must cooperate with the investigation and must mark his presence before the concerned Investigating Officer every fortnight till the investigation is not concluded. The Petitioner also shall not leave the district without permission of the concerned Investigating Officer.
The application for anticipatory bail stands allowed.
