Section 8(1) in Tripura Foodgrains (Distribution) Control Order, 1972
(1)If any family card be defaced, lost or destroyed, an officer authorised by the Director or in respect of any area in this behalf may, after making such enquiry as he may think fit, issue a new family card in place thereof on realisation of a fee of fifty paise per card.
