Section 15(1) in Andhra Pradesh Municipalities and Nagar Panchayats (Usage of Electronic Voting Machines) Rules, 2001
(1)Every elector who has been permitted to vote under Rule 14 shall maintain secrecy of voting within the polling station and for that purpose observe the voting procedure hereinafter laid down.
