1 Section 9 Petition seek an order of temporary injunction restraining the Respondents from selling, transferring, encumbering or in any manner dealing with the assets in the wake of the obligations as contained in the Facility Agreement entered between the parties.
2 An Affidavit of Service is placed on record which indicate that the notice is not accepted by Respondent NO.1 and the notice issued to Respondent Nos.2 and 3, has returned. The Affidavit of service is taken on record.
3. Issue notice to the Respondents by making it returnable on 18/12/2025. In addition to court notice, notice is also permitted to be served by private mode of service.
