Section 8(2) in The Paradip Port Trust (Licensing of Stevedores) Regulation, 2009
(2)No Stevedoring Licence shall be cancelled or suspended until the Stevedore has been given a reasonable opportunity for showing cause why his licence should not be cancelled or suspended and after recording of reasons for such cancellation of suspension.
